The technicians that came to my house were great and were willing to putup with me asking a lot of questions as a new homeowner. I felt like they provided a lot of information, and Ill happily use Robert B Payne again in the future.
We have used this company for over 25 years. Each time ******* or ****** arrived at our home I felt confident that they would provide an honest assessment for my unit's working condition. I don't like spending money but if either told me something needed to be done I felt it was needed and they weren't out to taken advantage of the situation!
Even though the weather was extremely hot the tech,showed up on time and worked quickly and thoroughly. He was very polite and respectful.I hope in the future he will be the one to return.
This is the the third time Ive Ive had to call them for different problems and theyve always responded in a timely manner and fixed the problem in a short amount of time, they are very good at what they do as well as having very helpful and friendly service technicians, I highly recommend them for any hvac problems.

Robert B. Payne is always a pleasure to do business with. The telephone service is always prompt and courteous, The service employees come out during the scheduled time frame and always seem to do their job. They explain things when they need to and answer a persons questions. I havent experienced any hidden prices thus far. I wont call anyone else for my heat pump needs.
