Has treated my kids very well! Totally recommend
The office will be open tomorrow morning December 28th, but closed Monday Jan 1st in observance of New Year’s Day, thanks and have a safe New Year 2018.
Office personnel is extremely rude. Norma and Mrs. Martinez to be specific. Rather than try to sympathize with us they instead cancelled our children's appointments and said the Dr. would rather not attend to us. I can continue naming negative encounters we experienced with the staff but that will get us nowhere.
We started going to Dr. Martinez after we saw how caring and loving he was with his horses. They are always a phone call away and provide excellent service. I wouldn’t trust my kids with anyone else.
Dr Robert Martinez has been my sons pcp since the beginning he is now 8 going on 9yrs old . I have always gone without an appt and have never been denied services.. He is great and his staff is too :)
