This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a rental property. The house was messy when we moved in, and we found extremely inappropriate things written on the wall (poorly covered up by one thin layer of white paint) and objects inside the ceiling. The landlord, Randy Roberson (I'm assuming his last name) was extremely unresponsive the entire time we lived there, letting leaks go unnoticed and the garbage disposal remain broken.
