Disappointed in what I found to be deceptive advertising. Found a vehicle online I liked and at the price I wanted to pay but they fail to tell you that there are 2 extra fees added on to the sales price of the vehicle (certified pre owned $1695 and an advantage fee of $179) making this vehicle actually almost $2000 more than the advertised price. I would not have inquired had the actual price been advertised. Might want to be more upfront or transparent about these fees so my time and the time of the salesman is not wasted
this is a bad company & employees I would stay clear of them. a little girl threw something at a woman so the mother gave her a swat on the butt to discipline her. a woman working there called CPS on the mother saying it was child abuse. for a company to act this way towards an individual it's sad. bad business practice to not want a mother or father to discipline there child. you would think this company would be grateful to see this mother discipline her child.

We were very well taken care of. Everyone was very attentive, and worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. I was beyond satisfied with my experience. The overall service and friendliness, as well as the quality of the vehicle sold to us was great! I will definitely recommend family to Robbins Nissan. shoutout to Jesse who really helped out in getting eveything taken care of in a timely manner and in getting us a great deal.
Excellent service and friendly staff
Received an unsolicited motor vehicle agreement in the mail from these clowns. It looked like someone had agreed to trade in our vehicle. Very official looking document...nearly started an argument in our home. Never heard of them before and will never use in future!
