I made a blank trip to this dealership today all for nothing. Wasted my time and energy with this dealership. Why contact me all week long for the past 2 weeks? I told them I had no money to put down and she said that was ok they work with all types of credit and could have me driving off the lot today! Well this is not true not happy with Frank or Alexandria. Will definitely go elsewhere, thanks for nothing!! Wish I would have read the bad reviews before I wasted my time!
train their salesman to write the contract ask sold to customer not with information that will hurt the customer in the future. be honest. I would not recommend a Nissan to anyone
DO NOT SHOP HERE. The worst experience ever. The salesman Charles didn't care about earning our business. The manager Sid didn't care about earning our business. When I asked why we couldn't see the car, he told me that it's none of my concern. Take your business to a place where they actually want to sell you a car.
Service department sucks. Limped in with my truck that’s under warranty dying out and they told me seven to ten days to before they could look at it and if it died out on the highway while I was driving it and I got in an accident that my insurance would pay for it.
I recommend Robbins Nissan because my husband and I love our Frontier truck! But today we brought the truck for routine service and were told on the phone no appointment necessary at the “Express Service.” We arrived with his portable oxygen machine and waited a long time while the battery died on the oxygen machine. A young service tech saved the day when he began to rush getting our truck pushed thru! He brought the truck out ASAP and started it up so the battery could charge while I paid the invoice. Herbert Brown is seriously the best dude to go to to buy a car from!!! This is my second time going there and he makes it happen!! My car recently go flooded and I told him about it and the same day I told him he got me in a new car !!
Hands down best experience I’ve had buying a car this is my first car and Herbert Brown was very nice, not at all pushy and helped me to get into my dream car. very professional and helpful throughout the whole process.
