Worst sales team ever. Management and the "Director" could use extensive customer care training. I have purchased 1 used and 3 new cars from Robbins with no problems. Took a friend there and was treated like an insignificant human being. Not happy at ALL!

I went in to ask how much i would have to put down on a new car....and drove that new car home... I hate to see some negative reviews below...but My experience, my sales associate and the money guy were totally cool (i think they probably hooked me up) I went in for the 5K service and hung out with the parts guy, he is cool...
Had a great experience here this past weekend. My salesman Brandon Rounsavall did a great job and got me into the car I needed for my family. Worked with my credit and got the deal done, Rod in finance was even able to knock a few buck off my monthly payment. I would recommend these guys to anyone...they were honest, fair and respectful to me. Great job gentlemen!

That place is the worst. They let my wife drive off three times with a dead battery telling her it was fine. Each time she had our 3 and 6 yr old kids and was stranded. We eventually took it to kingwood service center at WLHP and Northpark. Immediately they identified the battery and replaced it. Don't spend you hard earned nickels at Robbins Nissan!!!
Worst experience ever! I will not recommend any one to you! Y'all really screwed us over! We now owe 2 months on our car that was traded in, y'all said you pay it but never did then asked for the car we signed on back so now 2 payments behind since y'all like to wait a month before doing anything after papers are signed! Worst customer service.
I was in there today with 3 small children it was crappy weather and rainy my back window wouldn't roll up, my warranty was up And it was going to be over 400$ to be fixed between a service member a customer and a service tech my window got fixed on there dime, I simply asked them to tape it up so I could get the kids home and figure something out due to my husband being gone a few more weeks with the military.
