Three time new car buyer at this dealership . Second car got totaled out in November , have been battling ever since to get cancellation and proof of refund on the GAP insurance they sold us . Greg Williams in the finance department has been giving us the run around . He doesn't return calls or emails. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a great priority. Prove me wrong , please .
They were very helpful and kind to my needs they went above and beyond.
I had the worst experience with this dealership. Not only did they sell me a lemon, but I had to deal with harassment from the car salesmen, bull shit from the supervisors lies up the wazoo. I have had my car for 2 damn weeks and the transmission went out on me. Come to find out they let me leave the lot with the car and they never got a bank to "buy" my deal. Todays Service today was horrible!!!! Jessica n Greg (manager on duty) had no good customer service at all my appt was @1030am for oil change...At around 1115am I had to go ask how long will it be for my oil change n Jessica didnt come to me at all about my multi vehicle inspection cause per her she was on the phone taking calls the whole time I was there waitin??? then while talking to Greg per se manager on duty she jumped in conversation n I told her I wasnt talking to her I was talkin to greg n she said well Im talkin to... read more
