very nice Jess is great. Just frustrated we can't get my iPhone to talk to Sync since I upgraded the Sync software.

friendly and helpful staff The advisers are friendly and professional. I do have an issue with the CAC/intercooler shuttering when accelerating in wet conditions that i wish Ford would address! You know the problem well but no fix.

Amazing Experience Brought the car in. Told them I needed a LOF and they said they would get me right in and my wait would be about 1 hour which is exactly what it was.
