Wonderful I dropped my car off for an oil change around noon on a Saturday and was told I would be called when the car was ready. I came back at 4:00 after not receiving a call. The shop was closed and everyone was gone and my car keys were locked away. After an hour of waiting, the staff at the dealership was finally able to help me get my car so that I would not have to leave the car for the entire holiday weekend. I understand that things happen. Awesome Experience I've purchased many vehicles and by far this has been the easiest transaction I've ever had. Sully is an exceptional salesman and the individual that handled our finance was one of the best I've seen. The 2013 Ford Fusion is one of the finest cars on the road. Easy Easy I needed a safety inspection. I was a bit surprised at the wait time (1-1/2 - 2 hours) but it was completed in that time period. I appreciate the service department washing my vehicle each time I bring it in for service!
