So this douchboggle here is a low life scum taking money from families in need, military families to add to it. If I was you I'd take my business else where. He will screw you down to the last dollar. He is a money hungry low life scum bag. I thank all the men and women who serve our country and obviously this guy does not. So unless you hate the people that fight for our freedom choose someone else!
Handled my rental home for 3 years with ease. We had great renters! They got their deposit back! When ready to sell it Rob sold it in 6 days and we had 2 offers to choose from. Rob Brooks is excellent!
Never thought I would have to review someone on Facebook,but this one deserves it. To any family renting in Florida do yourself a favor and stay away from Rob Brooks. P.S. for all of the military families in the area, this company is the kind we are warned about when moving to a new duty station. They will lie their way through anything in order to keep your security deposit. In our case it was apparent that they were keeping our deposit in order to update the house for new carpet, appliances, and air conditioning.
