It's been a while since I bought a home from Rob Brooks but after seeing all the fake reviews I wanted to leave a review. If you look at the friends list of the reviewers you will see that they are all friends. I have done business with Rob since 2001 and he is honest and fair.
Very good to work with. We changed our minds on a house after seeing the home inspection. They were patient with us and helped us to find our forever home! I would definitely recommend them!
I find it highly suspicious that a company that has 5 star reviews for years suddenly gets 20 bad reviews in one week? Very clearly one tenant was upset about not getting a deposit back and had lots of friends who were not actual customers or Rob Brooks Realty write bad reviews too. Anyone who would have friends review a business that they have not dealt with should not be trusted.
