Rob Brooks Realty managed our house rental for 3 years and then when we were ready to sell it we sold it in less than a week! Everything was great! Will use him again in the future if I ever need a realtor in Pensacola area.
Rob was very easy to talk to, and we could tell that he was actually concerned with what we were looking for. He took the time to get to know my wife and I, and find out what our story was. I have been working with Rob and more recently Kathy for the past year - when we originally planned our move to Gulf Breeze. Rob has repeatedly gone above and beyond.
