I had to make the heart wrenching decision to put my best friend to sleep yesterday and Dr. Grossman showed such compassion and sincerity during the whole process. They made a clay imprint of her paw and wrapped her in a beautiful green and white bag with a bow. My heart may be broken but now my girl will always be in the rainbows. I consider these folks my new friends and gives me even more of a reason to re-locate to this area. 😁 Visiting Rodanthe from upstate NY with a sick pup and without an appointment they squeezed us in. Dr Elliot Grossman listened to all the facts and proceeded accordingly to my Gracies symptoms and didn’t suggest tests that weren’t needed. Dr. Elliot saved my 15 year old Toy Poodle Nadia's eye and her overall health! She is more active, happy, & healthy now at 15 than she was when she was younger. She had an ingrained corneal ulcer & KCS that had gone undiagnosed elsewhere & he went above and beyond to come up with treatments to save her sight and get my best friend back on the beach! We can’t say enough about how great Roanoke Animal Clinic is. Dr. Grossman and his staff saved our Newfoundland’s life when she developed a severe bloat and internal bleed. From my wife’s first call to picking her up and taking her home this animal hospital exhibited professionalism, knowledge and an extreme caring and concern for not only our Gracie but for us as well. To say our prayers were answered is an understatement.
