Excellent full service vet care. I've never had a vet ask me about dental care for my dogs. They did and I am thankful they took care of the issues my dog was having. Dr. Grossman is good about thoughtfully listening to you and your concerns about your pet. It's a BUSY practice - they service the local ASPCA and really work hard for our community, from the wildlife to the people who love and take care of pets. Be patient & relax, the care your pet receives is well worth the wait. Thanks to everyone on staff!

Can’t thank Dr. Shelly enough!!! She is wonderful, professional and took a great care of our Jack Russell, while we were on vacation in OBX and our dog got sick. So happy we were able to find this clinic, while everyone else were closed on Sunday! Thank you again Dr. Shelly!

To say my Ash is a handful would be an understatement but Dr. Elliot has always taken such good care of him. From normal office hours to Sunday afternoon emergencies (today's fiasco) he's always willing to help and gives the best care, no matter what! RIAC is hands down the best place to take your babies ❤️
They are absolutely amazing! Here on vacation and our pup needed surgery on his ear. They fit us right in with no hassle.

Our family can not recommend Roanoke Island Animal Clinic highly enough. We had to make the difficult decision of euthanizing our dog of 16 years while on vacation. Not only did Dr. Elliot answer our call and see us on a weekend, but he was extremely kind and understanding. Dr. Elliot and Lisa made the heartbreaking experience as positive as possible. Thank you both for going above and beyond for our family!
