Been taking my truck to these guys for years because I live in the area but I am really unsatisfied with the owner he is a cheat and his mark up on his price is so elaborate it so disgusting. He charge 175for a serpentine belt a $45 belt if that’s not extortion I don’t know what is never bring my truck back there if I want to waste money I’ll throw it in a fire they are so heartless it’s disgusting
Very VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL! YELLED AT ME OVER THE PHONE NOT KNOWING I COULD VERY EASILY GO UP TO THAT SHOP AND SMACK THE PISS OUTTA HIM! DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME.
Freightliner dragging their feet on an air leak I came here and got it done they knew exactly what the problem was before they even saw the truck they know what they're doing
I'm getting ready to leave to go back to Florida. And it was 10 to 5 I asked the gentleman if he could check my tire pressure so that i had a safe trip home With my family.. His excuse was we're getting ready to close up. Getting ready and close at 5 or 2 different things, it's very disappointed.That the safety of people that use their business is not his concern.
