I called on Tuesday to ask for someone to come out to service my heater which was also playing up. I spoke to Rod who said he should be able to get out there Thursday at midday. No one showed up or called. At about 1:30 I called them and they said we’ll be there Friday morning. Well it’s now 12:10 and still a no show or phone call. I know our lives can get busy but it’s a common courtesy to let your customers know one way or the other that you’ll be there or not. Bit disappointed to say the least.
Rod and his boys did a fantastic job fitting our new air-conditioning. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the unit supplied by Bonaire was faulty but Rod organised a warranty call and the unit got fixed. Will definitely use RMS in the future to service the unit.
Been back and forth with Rod and promised the world and delivered nothing, had to constantly Call and chase him to get get the job booked in and I don’t know how he has good reviews as they must be his mates. Albert
I found Rod and the team at RMS excellent. I couldn't fault them in anything they did. They installed a new heating and cooling ducted system at my home which was installed efficiently, on time with no issues. I would highly recommend them to any one.
Thank you to Rod & his team for installing our new Air conditioner. In such a busy time before Xmas, he made himself available to assess the problem with our existing unit & replaced with a new one just before Xmas.
