I had a clog drain line, and when I call, they were very friendly and professional. They quoted a price over the phone, and explain extra charges, if needed. They gave me a 2 hour window of when they would arrive, and they called me an hour before the scheduled window to say Randy would be there in approx 5 min - great!! I am the owner of a home in Whittier that is 83 years young. Plumbing can be a challenge because everything is original in the house. I have been using RK Knight for years. Whenever I have an issue, they are here promptly. They go out of their way to find the parts they need to make repairs. They have never told me it can't be fixed. They just worked all day in the rain replacing my gas line. We've had both Ronnie and Randy out to our home for repairs as minor as a backed up line to as complicated as an underground pipe leak. Both times we received the highest level of care and service. With the backed up line, Randy went above and beyond to get it cleared, no joke, he got up on the roof to clear the upstairs toilet, who knew?! i had just come home from surgery in the hospital for a few days. it was time to come home and wouldnt you know it a plumbing problem an awful not a ideal situation when your still healing. i called Ronnie he was awesome not only had he taught me so mucb about the little things i could do on my own i soon came to the realization that the problsm was bigger than i could handle. This company is great! I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Randy arrived right on time which I really appreciate. Randy was great. He quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. He did this even though all of my dogs wanted to constantly say hello. I would absolutely recommend this company.

They did a great job! We had been living with a very slow drain for a really long time and we finally decided to do something about it. I called Knight plumbing and got a price in my budget PLUS he said they' be there that afternoon. Lou got here he was super nice and friendly. He took care of the problem really quick. I am definitely calling them again when I need a good plumbing service!!!
