Called Friday evening to ask about quote. Told I would receive a callback Saturday between 7:30-8:00am. Call received, service ordered, job completed by 10am.
It needs to be said I'm so blessed and grateful to have the RK-KNIGHT team on my side and apart of my community. The knob in our clawfoot tub that changes the water from the faucet to the shower was shooting water out the side of it. I called RK Monday evening and made an appointment for Tuesday between 10am and 12pm.He suggested a little piece of rust may have gotten loose and was trapped in the intake, but otherwise he found everything was working well. There was no need to repair it.
R. K. KNIGHT PLUMBING & ROOTER is an outstanding company to work with. I called to set up an appointment to have a shower valve replaced. Within 10 minutes I got a call back and was able to set up an appointment. The technician kept me well informed on his arrival and time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave a very reasonable price for the work. As soon as the part came, R. K. Knight Plumbing was out right away to install the part. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them.
