This is my second visit to R&K Jewelry. My first visit I felt that they were honest and sincere about their customer service and friendliness towards me and a family member. Today I revisited their store. I was welcomed back because I was remembered from my prior visit. I was treated very very well. I would recommend R&K to anyone who is looking for honesty, friendliness, compassion and I will surely return myself again. They are great people!
The thing that stands out here the most is their service. Very knowledgeable and extremely professional! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place they can trust for their new or used jewelry needs!
We went in to see if we could sell some old gold and silver. The owner was very nice and explained the process very clearly. He showed us how the gold was marked and weighed it to give us an approx. value. Once we said OK, he verified each piece and gave us a fair value for it. We were very pleased with the process and enjoyed the experience. Thank you, we will return.
RK has beautiful jewelry and the most wonderful owners. Reza and Carol really care about their customers and take great pride in their work. I just had 2 watches worked on that I normally would have sent to New York. Great work at reasonable prices and quick turn around. While I was there I had to get myself a treat! Can’t wait to go back!! Love it!!!����
