Reza & Carol are so helpful. I came into the story looking for an engagement . They showed me a ring that was meant for my Fiancé. I would recommend everybody that's looking for jeweler, to go to R&K first. You will be totally satisfied.
Whenever I sell gold I go to RK. First time going to RK was a few months back and after my first visit I have not gone anywhere else. RK is fair and really know their stuff. Sold a Rolex to Reza and he was very knowledgeable about it and offered me a fair price. Fantastic place. They have a continued customer from me.
I visited this store about a year ago to have my watch repaired. While they were unable to repair the watch they found the manufacturer and put me in contact with them and my watch was repaired at no cost. I remembered the amazing service I received and they were the first jeweler I thought off when I decided to upgrade my wedding ring. Reza always does a great job on our repairs. Recently he fixed up a family heirloom Rolex for me as good as new. Afterwords he showed me how to wind and set the watch (which wasn't eash) He also has done lots of work for my wife. They are quick and a good value and always do the work with a smile.
I have a nice watch that I love. Once I set the time, hours later, the time isn't correct. Reza taught me that it was a movement problem, not a battery problem. He told me to immediately warranty it out to the manufacturer and don't let any other jeweler open up the back to tinker with it. If a jeweler opens up the back of the watch, the watch becomes out of warranty with the manufacturer. This is info that no one tells you about.
