Excellent experience. I found a leak in the morning and was leaving on a flight in the early afternoon. Got to me quickly, diagnosed the problem, sent me a quote while Rob finished another job and then fixed my problem before I left. Rob also explained some future issues I needed to look out for in my house but didn’t try and sell anything that I didn’t need and in fact, told me that I could watch and wait for deterioration before I spent more money. Excellent customer service! Lodged an enquiry into their website regarding a dishwasher issue. Received a callback within 10 minutes and after some brief questions the staff member very honestly pointed us in the right direction for our particular issue. Super appreciative of the clear and efficient service provided. Would absolutely recommend.
