I like this place, a small oasis in Aventura :) I own a unit there and love the location and the nature.

DO NOT RENT OR BUY IN THIS PLACE!!! The associations and Board of Directors are the WORST. I have never been discriminated against as much as with this association. They impose a rule that you must make 2.5 x income of the rent, which is acceptable, what is not acceptable is that they require a MARRIED couple to make that per person, which is ridiculous since a married couple shares income. They made us get rental insurance BEFORE applying, then they told us they could take 30 days for approval and waited until the last minu... read more
