Riverwalk is a nice, quiet place with spacious apartments. It's close to NC State, so it's perfect for students or professionals. Theres a biking trail just behind the building which extends to both the lakes , it's super convenient. The management is pretty responsive, making things easier for residents.
The apartments are very spacious, clean and well maintained. The management is responsive and prompt with maintenance requests. I've been living here for over a year now and haven't had any bad experiences. The location is very convenient, especially for students, with the Wolfline bus stop right outside the entrance, and Food Lion and Walgreens are a 5 min walk away.
Riverwalk Apartments are truly a wonderful place to live in the Raleigh area. The apartments themselves are cozy and well-maintained, creating a comfortable living space. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, so you never have to worry about lingering issues. Sambrick Management itself is super friendly and always ready to help, making sure everything is well taken care of for their tenants. Highly recommended for the working professionals in the area looking for a quite space with modern amenities.
Riverwalk Apartments are a fantastic choice if you want to live near downtown Raleigh.
