Crown came off yesterday Only needed to reglue back on but Riverview dentistry said they “had” to take X-rays. Then they charge me $141. My prior dentist in new port richey does this service free with no X-rays required. Called around & no charge for this service. My opinion this office overcharges for services not needed . So beware.
Riverview dentistry Dr John-Baptiest and staff are utterly awesome. Would highly recommend this office to anyone needing care.
I just spoke with Norma at this location, and her customer service was incredibly disappointing. Despite my visit being an emergency, my appointment was canceled with zero effort to accommodate me—not even an offer to fit me in after 5:00 PM. Her only response was, "We’re booked." When a clinic cancels an emergency appointment, there should be a proactive effort to find a solution. The complete lack of concern for a patient's urgent needs makes it feel as though they simply do not care.
