if i could give 0 stars i would. i've heard stories of it making ppl's self harm worse. it never helped mine and did nothing to solve issues.
When I was 13 I was There i sat in the quiet room all day quote on quote acting up when I refuse to go to a quiet room they twist my arm when I was angry attacking staff they twist my fingers I stayed up all night they won't allow me to take naps that place is a joke
Staff are awful. & during my forced stay as a child they made it hell.
Last time I was there, the staff members were really friendly, one of the employees was very funny, the teachers were nice as well, they took good care of me
I’ve been here three times, all three i was verbally assaulted by the staff and i know many people who have been physically assaulted by them as well. some staff members taught the little kids to bite and hit and as soon as they did they would be shoved into the quiet room, one little boy was pushed so hard he hit his face on the brick wall very unprofessional. don’t go here unless you want to leave with a much worse mental state than when you came.
