It's a wonderful place to walk your dogs at peace.
It's a nice community. Some of the features seemed more cheap than I would have expected for the price and "luxury" style/marketing. The common areas are nice. It's annoying that the pool is only open for 3 months of the year - primarily because it requires a lifeguard. So that means you can't use the hot tub in the colder months.
