The staff is friendly and helpful when you’re there but all service and commitments are lost once you’ve signed. I had some service stipulated in the contract to remove some paint imperfections and when the vehicle was given to me the imperfections were still there. They offered to mail me gas gift cards in lieu of the service not being performed. It’s been 6 weeks and I have yet to receive the cards.
