Representative was very courteous and went through everything that was going to be done to my car. I appreciated all the detail she provided. Work on car was done in a timely manner. Megan was great.
LaTanya was beyond helpful and found us the perfect car for the price we wanted. She was with us every step of the way, even on her days off. She is the best! This is our third Camry and our fourth Toyota. We are forever customers. Chuck was also great to work with and made sure everything went perfectly! Giselle Barrett was amazing!! We ran into a few issues with a brand new car and she went above and beyond to make sure things were fixed and we were taken care.
Stephen, Shelby and Scotty were very professional and willing to make us a great deal. We walked away happy customers . They were willing to accommodate us!! We attempted to buy the same vehicle from Auto Nation, however, the used car salesman, used car manager and sales manager would not return calls. We wasted a lot of our valuable time trying to get them to sell us a truck after preciously visiting the dealership twice. Very unprofessional!! Thanks so much Rivertown !
