Rivertown Toyota sold me a car that had trouble upshifting, but assured me it was due to a recent recall Ford had sent out. They promised the issue would be fixed once the parts for the recall were released. Fast-forward months later when the recall was FINALLY able to be fixed, and it turns out I was just sold a faulty car. Despite knowing they sold me a faulty car, and promised the recall would fix the issue, I'm the one who had to end up paying to fix what they already knew was wrong, which cost me $2,000.
