Worst customer service. I purchased a 2016 Toyota 4Runner recently and just needed the first 5,000 mile service. Several of the service men in the service department ignored me. Someone finally helped me, asked if I had an appointment, and I said no. He then tells me they don't have time to help me and that my first service is "simple." As I open the door, I see numerous technicians standing around with absolutely nothing to do. I would hope their sales department is better than their service department.
