First and foremost, they need to clean and replace the fixtures in the women's bathroom. Disgusting. The toilet seats are yellow with age, toilet paper everywhere and one of the toilets was clogged. I have been here 2 hrs just for an oil change. I just ask the service lady what was taking so long , she checked and came back and told me they were just now taking my truck back and that the reason it's taking so long is because of the rain and because the other vehicles were wet??? Unacceptable to say the least.
Got a fair deal and really enjoyed working with James.
