Mr Floyd Spencer went above and beyond to find me a vehicle. I've never had such outstanding service
I bring my Camry here for service and consistently have to wait several hours, even when I have an appointment. This is in addition to having to wait almost 20 minutes to be helped when there were several people just sitting at their computers. If this wasn't the only Toyota dealership in columbus I wouldn't bring my car here. I feel like each trip here just results in my time being wasted.
It's already been over a year. And I still haven't heard from J.D. Watts about our reimbursement. After Cullen Wynn said in his office that he would make sure we got our money back. Cullen called my wife and told her to bring the credit card. She brought him her card and he charged the same price of $451.75 for the second time. And the refund that amount back. But we still have yet to receive our first refund. Plus we have the invoices to prove that River Town Toyota still owes us that amount.
Hayden Tuggle was my sales consultant and he was WONDERFUL! I would recommend him to anyone!

DO NOT take your car to get fixed at TOYOTA in Columbus. They did a fucked up job on my car. After them "fixing" my car, my car has been smoking ,check engine light is on,shakes really and some other stuff. They don't want to fix the problem unless I pay for it out of pocket. Guess they will be hearing from my attorney tomorrow. Remind you my car was in the shop because Toyota told me it would take 6-8 months to get a recall part in. My car locked up on the highway.
