I delivered both of my babies at this hospital. The experience was far beyond my expectations. My doctor didn’t make it to my birth so the nurse delivered her. The entire staff was nice, supportive, and let me make all the decisions when it came to our care. I drove from Orem just because this hospital is that great.
Still in alot of pain, doctor had some kind of preconceived notion!
They tried to release me when I couldn't breathe, saying it was just "stress" despite the IV anxiety meds they gave me not working. Put on the chart it was asthma, but told me it was not asthma related. Refused to give me the nebulizer treatment I requested, and pretty much forced me out after 5 hours of sitting, unable to breathe, without answers. My son had a tonsillectomy yesterday and I was blown away by how great everyone was with a pediatric patient. All of the doctors and nurses and other staff made sure he was comfortable, and had a variety of special items waiting for him when he checked in. He's still cuddling up with his "surgery buddy". They checked on me regularly while I was waiting, and were amazingly patient with some extended time he spent waking up. Wonderful staff and facility. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone.
Not pleased at all for the treatment of my daughter.
My son has been given great care & all the Drs & Nurses have been amazing. The Cafeteria Grill has delicious food & terrific food service workers. From his care in the busy ER & through surgery & recovery I highly recommend this facility!
