I have always brought my pets here...treated with respect time and time again....and never rushed us when we had to put a pet down. .love the addition of the new Docs! We have been faithful followers since 1995!!!!

Held my cat hostage after getting fixed until I came up with 600 dollars in which they re printed a bill for me 5 times since I was there making calls and crying about it. The vet had to apologize for her assistants acting the way they did. Kitty sat in a cage for 6 days and has never been the same. They also demanded I give up her kittens becuase I couldn't take care of them that I would be in school. These people thought I was a child. Treated me as such and I am 26 years old. I have been with River Side Vet for five years. They are the best. I was just there yesterday for Khloe's Dental cleaning. Kristina cleaned her teeth great job. Dr. Owen and Dr. Ledoux are so compassionate with Khloe. Staff is great.
It was our 1st visit here with our 6 month old kitten myself as well as my boyfriend found that the visit went so well Loki was calm thru the whole check up process, the staff as well as the Dr.. We're all a pleasure to talk to.. We felt very comfortable we look forward to continuing to bring our kitty here��
