I have had many dogs in my life and had many vets, this clinic is one of the best I have ever been to! The prices are extremely reasonable all staff is warm and knowledgeable, even when they are busy I feel like I am getting my questions answered and I am important. They even responded to my email within 12 hrs when they weren't open but has a concerning question about my puppy � I highly recommend this vet clinic and will be a patient for the foreseeable future �

this is a fantastic place. care is great. animals are treated with such respect. the doctors are so caring. have been going over 18 yrs. have gone to others and can't say any of this about those places.
I have brought my pets here since the early 1990s. Several family members and friends also use this clinic exclusively. I have always been treated kindly, respectfully and sympathetically when the need arose. They have always been mindful of my financial restrictions. Whenever pets needed to be euthanized, we were given a quiet room and all of the time we needed to say goodbye and gather ourselves afterward. I will confidently continue to bring my animals to Riverside for their care.

Let's start with misdiagnosis x 1 year, wrong bag of fluids given to me by the front desk, no calls back x 1 week for results, rude tech, rude biller..... Then the icing on the cake.... Refused my dying cat euthanasia appointment due to previous bill owed (even though that day's services would be paid) and a payment was made 20 days prior. Never got a call with the refusal from the biller she called a family member and asked them to tell me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! NO ETHICS! The staff at Riverside is wonderful! They were were so very thoughtful and caring when our beloved Hiro crossed the rainbow bridge. And now, our baby boy Easton is very well taken care of, and he loves Dr. Hutchinson! Thank you everyone at Riverside for all that you do for our furbabies!
