Dr. Owen and all the staff at Riverside have always been so kind, helpful and accommodating. Dr. Owen has saved the lives of my cats more times than I can count. You can’t put a price on that. She treats my cats as if they were her own and has never tried to sway me into unnecessary procedures, with promises of false hope. She and all the staff are honest, trustworthy and so smart! Everyone is very friendly and professional, and it is obvious how much they all care about our pets.
My dog just passed away. I was told so many times that it was just allergies and I was being over dramatic. I kept telling them that he was acting weird and seemed so off and I feel like he could’ve been saved and this could’ve all been prevented. I’m so unbelievably heartbroken. I definitely would not recommend this Veterinary clinic to anyone I know.
My dog is very anxious getting his nails clipped at regular groomers and the staff here were able to clip them no problem and my dog didn’t seem to mind! Great people!
