Worst service ever. I was treated badly, interrupted regarding my dog's cancer because a foul tempered receptionist didn't want me questioning his treatment. I would never recommend this vet to -anyone-, especially considering they didn't have permission to cut into my dog at his last visit and they did. He came out bleeding with a pile of yellow stuff packed onto his nose. And clearly, if you don't allow them to stop you from asking questions, they will use your dog's cancer against you. RecommendedI could not recommend Riverside Vet more! I have an anxious dog who is terrified of the vet. They made the whole appointment as easy and quick as possible and truly helped ease my dogs anxiety through the whole appointment. The whole staff was professional, kind and compassionate and you can tell they all really care about your pets.
Ive been going to riverside since 2016 with my 2 cats and ive been telling them since 2018 how my cats have been losing drastic weight and my cats been there numerous times for that problem and their response is i dont know what to tell you and dont worry about it so now at this point I need to go somewhere else that is 35 minutes away which is going to be very hard for my cats that get very stressed when theyre in carriers and in the car! I absolutely love every single Doctor, Vet Tech to front desk staff in office! Dr. Anderson went above and beyond to help us save our Tucker! She never gave up! Both my Labadoodles adore her, Dr. John and look forward to going to the vet. The staff is just great, and Carly (she is a vet tech) was very caring and I want everyone to know how grateful we are to all of you at Riverside! Tucker is getting better every day and we thank you! I brought my dog in today for his annual exam and shots- I was extremely impressed with the adapted process. It was easy, efficient and safe. I called when I arrived- the tech came out to get my dog(with a mask) - the vet called to check in with me- I paid by phone and they brought my dog back out to me. It was nice to be able to stay current on his shots even at a time like this!
Thanks so much DJ and Dr Ledoux for taking care of Carmen yesterday. We were both were so stressed you handled it great! Also a call out to all the other about staff that we’re coming in and out in the pouring rain picking up animals for their appointments, So happy that you’re doing the best for all of us.
