Very friendly and courteous. As you sign in they tell you out front if you have a long wait. I was expecting a very long wait but they called many people quickly.
It was a Saturday so there were a lot of people there. But the nurse practitioner was excellent and fully understanding. I don't think I've ever felt as satisfied with a medical care visit, no hospital or doctors office has gotten it as much as they do here. In this day and age of over priced medications procedures and insurances this med express made me feel welcomed, relaxed and did what the could to make sure my visit was as affordable as possible. Thank you, I will be coming back.

Been here multiple times. Usually out in less than hour. This last visit was an hour and a half, but I was told that immediately upon going to the window. Clean, nice staff, will definitely use this place again. My kids prefer it over the regular Dr office
My third visit in one year; the facility is always very clean, professional staff, fast service and accurate diagnosis. The icing on the cake is that the doctor called me to see how my son was doing and discussed the diagnosis again to make sure I understood everything and how to continue the treatment at home.
Was there bc I had a cough on and off for 3 weeks after seeing the doctor and more meds I must say I feel a lot better was in and out within an hour staff and doctor was a pleasure will definitely go back if I can't see my regular doctor
