I was scheduled for a tooth extraction on Sept 2. This procedure was not done because my BP registered at 140 over 114. The very next day My treating MD registered my BP at 140 over 95, a significant discrepancy. I would like to know if. And the office BP machine was validated. Also, I was required to pay in advance f[r services not rendered. I have never encountered this at any medical office, dentist or otherwise. For these reasons I failed to receive a positive experience.
I recently had surgery done at Riverside Oral Surgery-Englewood with Dr. Perrino for the first time. Having had oral surgeries done in the past, this was by far my best experience ever. From my first phone call to the actual surgery and post follow up was overall exceptionally great! Dr. Perrino and his entire team treat you with kindness, respect and empathy all while being very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Perrino and team.
Great experience kind and friendly staff
Dr. Perrino was so great with my 9 year old - even called the night of the procedure to check in on her. The reason for the low rating is that you cannot get in touch with anyone from the billing department. I have called and left messages requesting a call back but no one has called me back. I understand they have multiple offices but it’s a bit of a turn off that the doctors and staff are great but then when you have a billing inquiry, it is radio silence.
