I love Riverside Medical Center. I've been going to the Wilmington office since the first day they opened the doors in 1999. I do see new faces once in a blue moon. Riverside Medical Center has a lot in common with the bank. The bank has changed ownership at least 6 times. No matter how many times they change hands I will NEVER leave Riverside or U S Bank. Everyone feels like family to me and I'd like to keep it that way.
Riverside did message me and try to make right of an unpleasant situation , but I had already decided to go elsewhere. Not an awful place, just lacking in certain areas.
Very early morning visit to Emergency Dept. Not where I wanted to start my weekend, but from registration through release the ED team worked quickly, compassionately and efficiently to address my needs, ease my pain and reassure my husband and me along the way. I am back home in time to enjoy a cup of coffee and relax for a day or two...Dr.'s orders. Thank you, Riverside ED.
HUGE shout out to the two ladies and the man who helped me and my daughter today! They were so understanding and are very positive over there! None of them questioned me or made me feel in the wrong for bringing her in to the ER. VERY happy! I will recommend Riverside any day!
