Your medical center in Meadowview is so unprofessional and unhelpful. I would hope someone would come behind the counter to help. The lack of knowledge and willfulness to help someone in a wheelchair is unacceptable!! What a joke!! 0 out of 5 stars.
Recommendedget care and doctor get care
Went to the ER For abdominal pain. After The first iv was placed the nurse told me that the kcc student nurse used the wrong size needle so I had to get a new iv so I could get a ct with contrast. Wound up getting poked a few times. After 2 CTs and blood work they had 0 answers but let me go after administering morphine knowing I had to drive myself home as well as seeing my blood pressure and heart rate were irregular. Riverside Urgent Care in Dwight is not recommended. Children are turned away based on their insurance coverage. They wouldn't even take a cash payment for the office visit because the child has insurance, which is required by the government but is not supported by Riverside. So a ER visit is required for treatment of a ear infection. Where does logic fit? So Riverside by law can not turn you away at a ER but they can at a urgent care office. Which is more cost effective for them and promote quality heath care for the patient... read more
I'd like to make a shout out to nurses in ICU and the 5th floor. My family appreciate all that they did for Christi Kincade while she was in your care. They went above and beyond for her and her husband during this tragic time in our lives. Thank you very much.
My fiance has been doubled over in extreme pain in the ER for over 2 hours. Multiple people have walked in and out on their own with no visible ailments or difficulty. I guess they dont understand what triage means, because this is absurd. When we checked in, they said theyd bring her some medication for the nausea...she didnt get it until 1.5 hours later, after they took her vitals for the 2nd time.
