I gave birth here on 1/26/2020 and it was great! All of the labor and delivery staff were so friendly. I believe my nurses name was Holly she was a night nurse and she was amazing. I did an unmedicated birth and wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She was so patient and kind and helped me through my contractions and made my birth experience so easy (well as easy as it could’ve been lol). Highly recommend
Had a really good experience during my deliver in labor. The nurse Hannah was awesome, she helped me so much as well as her team. The night before started off rough with some really rude nurses on 2/05/2020 but once the night shift changed everybody was awesome. Also Tanya the nurse was great and everyone else that helped me on 2/6/2020 for the birth of my daughter. They deserve recognition!!! I forget the other girls names but everyone else was awesome
Employees should be aware of the importance of respecting the cultural differences of others, and employers can offer training to increase awareness and to better equip employees to function in a diverse workplace.
I love that Riverside gives both high quality care and personal, compassionate care simultaneously.
I can't say enough about how nice the doctors and nurses are to me. They always take good care of me. Thank you for everything you do...The staff always go out of their way to help me I appreciate you more than you know.
I just had outpatient gallbladder surgery every nurse that I was with was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Williams is also fantastic. I live in Indiana and had issues with the doctors out here, so happy I took the trip down there!!
They could care about the family and the patient. They are trying to discharge my Dad, but he had no place to go. They know we are working on a place , probably will hear tomorrow. They are discharging tomorrow whether this 81 year old Alzheimer's patient has a place to go or not. We are not experts in placement, but they don't seem to care. They just want the bed empty. 0 stars from me.
Over a month to get in? If this was some world class healthcare I could understand but it’s Bourbonnais.... unacceptable. Especially when you have a serious issue going on.
