They didnt really check to see whats wrong told me i cant be dizzy and short of breath jad me waiting hours its bull and wont even tell me my prenancy test result
Yesterday morning (5/1/16) at 6am I fractured my left foot. Riverside was the nearest hospital because my fiancée and I were visiting family 20 minutes away. We arrived at 7am and not only did they get on the move FAST they made sure my fiancée was ok too since he caught me before I fell to the floor. X-ray, the dr, nurses were so amazing to me. They made sure I was comfortable, and when I was screaming in pain for the temporary cast they worked fast but got it on perfectly. Sorry if I made anyone deaf yesterday. Thank you s... read more
5 Stars to the Riverside ER, CT department, CDU staff, OR/anesthesia/Recovery staff and Housekeeping. I was a patient there 3 times with 2 surgeries this week. I am proud to say I work for an organization that has such caring, kind people. Kudos to everyone that helped me get through the most painful week of my life. I am so thankful for each and every person who had part in my care.
RMC has always been my Hospital of choice. Recently thou, things have changed. Had a scheduled appt for US & after an hour of waiting after appt time I had to leave. I understand things happen, but my time is just as important as your time. Your new patient kisok , stinks! Every person that had to use this needed help. It's a waste of time & money. I'm gonna try using PSM from now on.
I've been with Riverside and their Healthcare providers for over 20 years and never had any complaints. As of the past year or so, it has been one problem after the next. Doctors coming and going, can't get calls returned, scheduling problems, lab and xray results take forever now, etc, etc... Nothing but problems. Their customer service has really hit an all time low, and I will no longer deal with them either. I see several others are having problems too after reading the reviews.
About a year ago I needed a nuclear medicine test that required a special diet for a week prior. The test was scheduled and the night before I got a call to cancel as they had not gotten authorization from my insurance. I rescheduled it and had to take time off work. I scheduled early for that reason. I get to the hospital and they tell me I don't have an appointment! I am 24 weeks pregnant and you fire my amazing midwife. Then the several times I try to call to inquire about who im supposed to go to for the remainder of my pregnancy and birth I'm transferred around and put on hold repeatedly for over 20 minutes at a time. Just to get an answer of I have to find another doctor and they won't be replacing her at the coal city office. So, I will find someone else but it is not going to be through this hospital.
