First time having to stay in the hospital with one of my children. From the ER to the pediatric unit we received nothing but EXCEPTIONAL CARE!! Physicians, nurses, CNA's, and ancillary staff all went above and beyond. We wanted for nothing. Everyone was smiling, kind, and compassionate. Love the new pediatric hospitalists too! Thank you so much for the EXCELLENT care!!
I just watch housekeeping come in with a green rag and wiped down the chair rail then my moms tray table then with the same rag wipe down the toilet then the sink!! Heading to Walgreen to get some Lysol wipes and spray and disinfect to RE CLEAN THE ROOM!!!
Today I mark 40 years as an RMC employee....I have met SO many wonderful people and we've lost several inspirational people along the way....after 40 years, I'm even prouder to say I'm a Riverside employee than I was 40 years ago.
The nicest ER staff I've ever met! They are so friendly and so helpful!
Not a fan of the care my father received. Many times I have to ask staff to do things that they should be doing.
My daughter was admitted to the pediatrics unit Thursday through Saturday and it was as good as you could expect. They were extremely attentive to my daughters needs along with ours. Her nurses were Olivia Houde and Whitney. CNA was Cortni and all 3 were incredible. I truly cannot thank them enough!
The worst hospital in the world. My brother was brought in 3 days ago with mental illness and they totally treated him like a piece of dirt promised him showers for days and never let him show. And now they have shipped him to the John madden health center without telling any of his family liked they promised. We had set up for him to go to the Alexian Brothers hospital because it's a much better facility for mental health and they just pushed him out the door so they didn't have to deal with him. I had a circumstance come up where I was ready for surgery and the doctor had to cancel at the last minute. I had 3 nurses who came to give me their apologies. They got me back first thing the next morning. The day after I received a gift basket from riverside. I greatly appreciate the thought and the customer service given.
Worse hospital ever! Sat in the emergency room for hours only to be kicked out and told other patients beed to be seen. More to come just taking a second to share my bad review then heading to Presence St. Mary's
