Waiting four hours for a room got to the room n it's disgusting n dirty
Brought my 7 month old, at the request of her doctor, as she couldn't keep anything down and was showing signs of dehydration. Was treated like a piece of garbage. The doctor acted like I was an idiot. The nurse was rude. Asked for a pump as I couldn't feed my daughter, and was basically treated like it was a huge burden. After the 3rd time of reitterating that I DID in fact want the pump, the nurse wheels it into the room and shuts the door without a word. It was the fastest ER visit that we've ever had! They attended to him quickly, everyone was really nice, & had some great personalities!!
My husband had a heart attack on Christmas Eve. From the staff in the emergency room, observation floor, Cath lab, ICU, to the discharge staff today....it was one of the best experiences I've ever witnessed in a hospital stay. My husband was treated like he was a VIP! The care from the doctors, nurses, techs, dietary, etc... was Exceptional! Funny thing, I never revealed to the staff I was a nurse that actually worked in one of the RMC clinics, until my husband was signing his discharge papers! I applaud them all!!!
My son and his girlfriend had their first baby yesterday and we had 2 of the absolute BEST nurses in labor and delivery, Theresa was our night nurse and Lauren was our day nurse. They were both very attentive to the mother to be, explained everything in very good detail and was very respectful to everyone. Thank you!!!
Labor and delivery staff was amazing both times I delivered. The ER doctors are always super friendly. Whoever runs Dr Yalamanchili's office is the most inconsiderate person I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. The doctor herself is phenomenal but her office manager is terrible. Numerous bad experiences talking to her, she talks to the patients horribly.
Helpful, polite, and personable staff. It's rare that I've not had positive things to say about RMC.
The cardiac staff and the nurses on the 3rd floor were phenomenal!!! Thank you to all of my nurses, techs and Dr Patel, for a job well done!!
