No waiting, reception very nice and dr. super nice. Would not hesitate to use their services again. My daughter has made her own appointment with the dr.
Brought my husband in he was having chest pains they took him back did a quick EKG then said he wasn't having a heart attack they sent us to waiting and there we sat for over three hours end up leaving after watching ppl who came in after him go back to a room it was busy yes but for a person with a history of heart and vascular problems to have to sit for over three hours and never checked on was very unacceptable
My dad unfortunately is a frequent flyer and has received great care this time around. No complaints here.
Job well done to the ER team at 12am on 11/22!! My daughter and I were exposed to carbon monoxide poisoning!! Well done team well done!!!!!
The nurses and aides were great on 3 Neuro/ortho!!!
I had several procedures done in 3 months in the special op lab and each and every time I give them a 10/10 rating. The care there was great and the nurses rock. All my needs and concerns were dealt with professionally and promptly kudos to all of you!!!
Went in to ER for second time due to no fault of hospital was due to failure on my physicians office. The ER was extremely packed so yes it was a wait but I also realize the Dr's do need to attend to those needing urgent care first and I was in pain but not dire. The PA was really great she apologized to me several times for wait. She spent lot of time with me explaining everything they would and could do to resolve my issue. The nurses are always Great! This was worst experience ever my dad has been ill with many different things has home healthcare and a pic line his dr called er last night 11/16/16 and his orders amd a direct admit and they acted as if i was not speaking English and didnt look into it at all made him sit in er waiting room for four hrs and then er dr said why have you been waiting and i said you explain that to me then was scheduled for surgery today at 330and its now 844 and still hasnt had it worst experience ever and will never go back to riverside my ... read more
Best physicians and nursing staff. Always polite and friendly. They show a concern for your wellbeing... Not about the bottom line $$!
