My original salesman was awesome. Although I am sad to say he no longer works there. We still keep in touch on Facebook. Now I deal with the service department and although they are always busy, they help you as fast as they can. They explain all of your car’s service needs and their recommendations are always on the conservative side. I never feel like I’m being ripped off. I leave knowing they have me, their customer, in their best interest. Thank you Riverside Mazda!
Very good service at their repair center. They had to order some parts for the repair of my vehicle. They made sure I was kept informed and had a vehicle to drive while the repairs where completed. Very happy with the customer service that was provide.
