This is my 3rd vehicle purchase at Riverside Mazda and had another great experience. Kyler greeted my wife and I promptly and was able to answer the many questions we had. After negotiating with Kyler, Ricardo, and Alex, we were able to come to an agreement and are very satisfied with our new CX5. My wife and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda.
I love my car, I just hate buying a car. I spent 5.5 hours there yesterday. Thank God that the people were nice. Shack Shackleford and Nick Engen. Good guys.
It only takes one horrible experience, to override 4 years of exceptional service. Today while trying to pay for car repairs with the check from my insurance, the check was denied by Telecheck. I was just left to figure out what to do. Since when do dealerships do not take checks from insurance companies? The manager decided to accept the insurance check after all, and then blamed a clerk. An apology would have been nice, but then nowadays businesses don't care about long term relationships with customers.

Today I got a new cx5 touring. I love it. The guys that helped us out were cool Michael Mag and kirk. They worked with us and what we wanted. This is my first Mazda. And most likely won't be my last.
Wendy the nice woman that helped me was so nice and took her time to explain everything that was needed for my sister's car..And coffee and donuts were so fresh and good �
