I purchased a CX 3 last year from this dealership. I am very happy with the car however my buying experience was very stressful. The salesman was nice but his manager pressured me nonstop to buy. I will never purchase from here again. However I am impressed with their service department. Being able to make appointments and get in and out quickly are awesome. The service reps I've dealt with are polite, friendly, and efficient. Waiting is nice too because of free coffee and a comfortable waiting area.
Riverside Mazda did an amazing job helping me buy my first car. Adrian was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing, I was really impressed by him and I would come back. Thank you for helping me out! You're a great salesman!
Sales people were nice enough but when it came down to it they wouldn't match a competitor's quote, even though I was told 3 times earlier in the day they would match anyone's quote.
Terrible, unethical sales managers who lied to us and harassed us when we left. Avoid Riverside Mazda at all costs.
