When I went to the dealership I wasn't sure what type of car I wanted but after working with Ken Ward we looked at the Mazda 3 in which was in my price range. Then I met Maj and Alex who convinced me that the Mazda 3 would be a good fit. I'm very happy with the service I received and with my car.

I bought a brand new CX-3 from Riverside Mazda about 2 weeks ago and the experience was exceptional! Everyone there was there to help especially my sales man Ricardo. Anyone interested in getting a car go to Riverside Mazda and ask for Ricardo he is great and you won't be disappointed!
I came in today with a quote from the internet manager I got on a specific CX5 but they would not honor it. I drove over 45 minutes because I saw this specific car with this quote. (The quote had the stock and Vin number) I was told that by the sales guy that was a tactic just to get us in. As a company I do not feel it is right to mislead and lie to potential customers. I will tell friends and family about this experience and let them know they need to go to a different dealer.
