The complaint is on Riverside Mazda, specifically KIRK (manager) Unprofessional, unorganized and lacks proper communication skills to be the manager of a place people purchase large investments. 5/31/21 - I signed a contract to get a Mazda Cx-9, in return I would return my current vehicle the following day and leave the dealership with my Mazda Cx-9. I’ve heard so many horrible stories with this area and I decided to take a chance on the service department at VW. James R**** needs to be fired. He was extremely rude and any experience with him involved left me highly upset. Around the service manager he has an entirely different attitude towards his work,I suppose that is why he still has a job there. Service was completed in a timely manner. Service personnel were friendly and professional keeping me informed during the process.
We always have a great experience every time we take our vehicles in for services. Wendy is great, she always takes her time to answer all your questions and is thorough. We used to be a Ford Family, but now we are a loyal Mazda Family 👍

In this week for overdue service due to isolating at home. Service done quickly, washed my car, physical distancing and disinfecting protocols followed!

I wish I could give this dealership zero stars. They advertised the price incorrectly on their website for $13,840. When I arrived at the dealership the price was $23,724 and they said the price online was a mistake. In addition, the price was grossly inflated with dealer added options, such as clear coating/cloth seat coat, and two separate theft protections.
